Stefano Perulli

Holding a degree in Cultural Heritage and a Postgraduate Diploma in Historical and Artistic Heritage from the University of Udine, he is a seasoned expert in managing, digitally cataloging, and enhancing photographic archives. Recognized since 2010 as a specialist in "Digital Cataloging and Data Processing" by the ICCD, his expertise has been sought by public and private institutions alike, including ERPAC, CRAF, and the ANPI Provincial Committee of Udine. In 2022, he developed and launched the first-level Master’s program "Photographic Archives: Digitization, Cataloging, and Enhancement", in collaboration with the University of Trieste. His contributions are further reflected in a prolific body of publications and curatorships related to photographic heritage. In 2023, he founded Grana Fina, a consultancy built on over two decades of freelance expertise. He is a firm advocate of collaboration, believing that the success of any project hinges on the combined efforts of a multidisciplinary team, delivering diverse skills and a holistic approach.

Raffaella Canci

A graduate in Cultural Heritage Studies from the University of Udine, she further specialized with a Postgraduate Diploma in Historical and Artistic Heritage and a Master's Degree in Audiovisual Heritage and Media Education. She possesses extensive expertise, developed through broad experience in both public and private institutions, specifically in cultural heritage education, training, and project management. Her core competencies also include cultural heritage cataloging, where she is highly proficient with ICCD standards, and she is recognized for her deep technical knowledge in managing complex archival projects. She lectures in advanced university programs and certified training institutions, equipping professionals with the latest methodologies in heritage management and media education. Her strong project management skills have been demonstrated through her leadership in regional and national cultural heritage initiatives. Currently, she collaborates with CRAF (Centro di Ricerca e Archiviazione della Fotografia) as a specialist in cataloging photographic materials and serves as a board member of AVI (Associazione Videoteche Mediateche Italiane).

Ilaria Rossetti

Holding a degree in Art History and Criticism from the University of Milan, she later specialized in Photographic Archive Management at CFP Bauer. She further enhanced her expertise with a second degree in Conservation and Restoration from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin. Her extensive professional experience includes working as a conservator and restorer of paper-based and photographic materials for renowned public and private institutions in Berlin, such as the Bauhaus-Archiv, Berlinische Galerie, Galerie Bassenge, and the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz. Currently, she works with Galerie Berinson and Stadtmuseum Berlin, while also contributing as a member of the conservation atelier Die Restauratorinnen.
In Italy, her work has spanned a variety of projects focused on collection management and preventive conservation. She has collaborated with prominent institutions including CRAF (Centro di Ricerca e Archiviazione della Fotografia), Fondazione Vico Magistretti, and Mondadori Portfolio.

Vanja Macovaz

A graduate in Art History, he later specialized in Photography of Cultural Heritage, earning a Level II Academic Diploma from ISIA Urbino. His PhD thesis in Digital Humanities at the University of Florence focused on the reuse of a collection of photographic negatives belonging to art historian Erling S. Skaug.
As a professional photographer, he specializes in terrestrial and aerial photogrammetry, digitization, diagnostics, and imaging for restoration, with an emphasis on expeditious methodologies for assessing cultural heritage vulnerabilities. In recent years, his work has centered on digitization campaigns for archives and collections, with a strong interest in AI-driven workflow automation systems.
He lectures on Cultural Heritage Photography at the Central Institute for Restoration in Rome and other Italian universities, while also training and coordinating working groups involved in PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) projects.

Luca Devetta


After earning a degree in Engineering from the University of Padua, he spent nearly a decade in research, development, and project management roles within multinational companies in Switzerland and Germany. Upon returning to Italy, he transitioned into the trade finance sector in Milan, where he built a successful career. This led to the founding of an independent services company specializing in trading, logistics, and finance, aimed at supporting Italian SMEs. In 2024, he joined Grana Fina, leveraging his extensive expertise in business management and strategic development to drive the company's growth and innovation.
